Homestay provider is a SA Health Government employee and as such holds mandatory police clearance for working with children and the elderly.
Room consists of single bed, desk, chair, bookshelf and built in wardrobe.
Bathroom is shared.
Rent includes all meals, internet, all utilities and clothes washing.
Home is situated opposite a beautiful park with small lake a five minute walk to bus routes to the city with a 30 minute bus trip to the city. Local shops are a ten minute walk away.
