Our home has an upstairs and downstairs.
Master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge are upstairs.
Downstairs we have 4 rooms, bathroom and lounge.
Homestay has the use of electricity, heater, water, laundry, unlimited and fast internet.
The room is a Double room. It has Queen bed with quality bedding, inbuilt cupboard, student's desk and chair, lounge chair for relaxation and a bedside table with drawers and lamp.
Bathroom will be shared with my son but he will be leaving to Wellington Uni end of Feb
You will have the use of our upstairs lounge and also the downstairs lounge. Both lounges have TV.
Laundry is downstairs with covered area for drying the cloths.
Both my husband and I work, so breakfast will be self-serviced, but dinner will be together with the family.
Our home is on Zone 2. Bus stop is outside on the main road about 2 minutes walk. Going to Auckland Uni and AUT is very convenient from our location as you will find there are many buses servicing this route.
