We are situated close to all services including shops, transport, tennis courts, gymnasiums, swimming pool and cafes. Tram access is within 2 minutes walk and the train station a 10 minute leisurely stroll. Hawthorn Language School and Swinburne University also within easy walking distance of 10 - 15 minutes.
You will find me to be a professional mature aged woman working full time with socialising kept to the weekends out with friends for lunch, movies, visiting markets etc.
