You're welcome to stay as a homeshare in one of Auckland's best locations - Arney Road in central Remuera. Remuera is popular as it is close to Downtown Auckland, Auckland University, AUT, the motorway and double grammar zone schools (5 to 10 minutes by bus!).
Buses are just down the road and Newmarket and Remuera shops are within walking distance. You can also walk to the Hobson Bay waterfront and park, Mount Hobson (water views), with Shore Road cafe nearby.

This is a good sized double room with ensuite private bathroom and comes fully furnished. This includes a double bed, sideboards and tallboy dresser. There is good storage, with double built-in wardrobe.
We are a relaxed easy going busy dad (well travelled) and son (half the week) and a friendly housemate. Hopefully you don't mind pets as we have a cat and may get a small dog.
Make this your home and feel free to use the kitchen and all areas of the house as your home. The house is warm with a heat-pump, SmartVent ventilation and ceiling and underfloor insulation.
