It is located opposite a park with pool and gym. Shopping centre is less than 3 minutes walk and open until late. Short bus ride to the city, Sydney Uni, 15 minutes UTS 18minutes and TAFE. It is a good house for students, very comfortable and peaceful. You will be living with one local female, I work part-time as a teacher. I have hosted Chinese students from Shanghai and Chongqing.
