I am a professional woman with 2 adult children who no longer live at home. I enjoy hosting and inviting people into my home.
My house is recently renovated in a quiet and secure location only minutes to Flinders Uni/ IELI / Flinders Medical Centre and 20 minutes to the city. High-frequency bus route is only a 5minute walk away.
Price includes all bills, internet, own bedroom with comfortable bed, wardrobe, bedside draws & desk. My house has heating & cooling & the bathroom would be shared with myself.
I will provide breakfast & dinner and I enjoy cooking.
You will need to do your own washing and supply any personal items.
I live with a senior dog who loves people.
