Welcome to our home. We live onsite upstairs in our family home.
Downstairs we offer 2 single bedrooms that share a bathroom. Rooms are new, clean and welcoming. Each room has a wardrobe with in built shelving, bedside tables plus a table/desk and chair for study or work purposes.
Our house is a short bike ride or a 5min drive to Unitec, Mt Albert and on the main bus route to the city which is a 20-minute ride away. The bus stops are a few minutes away. If you are studying at Unitec this is a perfect location.
The rear of the property backs out to Eastdale reserve and children's park.
Avondale College, Rosebank School and Avondale Intermediate are a couple of mins walk away.
Rosebank Rd business hub is also incredibly closeby.
One of Auckland's new trendy cafe's, Rosebank Coffee and Kitchen is a 10min walk away and Brown Street Cafe in Avondale is a 5 min drive.
Avondale railway station is a 5min drive or 20min walk and this connects you to the heart of the city via Eden Park (if you are a rugby fan!).
If you have your own car, Avondale, is a perfect location for access to the motorway system for travel anywhere in Auckland. Auckland City is a 15min drive on the North/Western motorway and Auckland Airport is accessed by the new West/South interchange taking 25 to 30 mins to the airport.
Lynnmall shopping centre, restaurant and cinema complex is a 15min drive. Or explore West Auckland's famous west coast beaches which are a 20-30min drive away.

The weekly cost includes breakfast, water, power, breakfast and unlimited high speed broadband.
We also have a very friendly cat.
Upstairs is an open plan lounge, kitchen & dinner and you also have access to the washing machine and dryer facilities.
