We are a mother and two daughters (aged 16 & 20) plus Snowy the Maltese dog. We live in a classical brick bungalow on Mt Albert in a safe and beautiful part of Auckland. We love music and the arts. I am the head of faculty for English and Media Studies in a High School. We are looking for a female student or worker.
The home has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets and is in a great location - 8 mins drive to City CBD, walking distance to shops, trainstation and bus stops.
Relax here in a quiet tree lined street on Mt Albert and great neighbourhood.
You will share an ensuite bathroom with 20 year old daughter student. The bedroom is a large Attic room with a single bed, wardrobe, heater, desk and chair, drawers and bookshelf.
All living is on first floor level with indoor/outdoor flow from large dining and living, opening out to a private deck with a quaint view of water and ancient pohutikawa trees. There is storage/laundry.
There is gas cooking. Meals provided Monday to Friday and breakfast cereal, fruit, toast available every day. There is also access to a TV, WIFI and DVD player in the living area. There will be various foods, snacks and fresh fruit to make your own lunch.
