We have a queen sized bedroom available from 20 May 2019. The room has a double bed (new sheets and towels), a study desk, a large wardrobe and shelving. The room has heating and overlooks the garden. The price ($300) includes all bills, internet, cleaning and breakfast and dinner.
The room is perfect for an international student or local student. You'd be living with Kylie, her teenage daughter Sunday (17) and Ponyo the dog. Maxim, Kylie's son, lives with the family part time. The family has been hosting students for over 4 years and loves to share their home with people from all over the world. They enjoy cooking, good food and creating a sense of community.
The house is close to trams, buses, trains and bike paths and is a 18 mins train ride from the centre of Melbourne. It is half an hour to get to RMIT and Melbourne University.
The house has air-conditioning and a terrific sun-lit open living area and fully equipped kitchen.
