I live upstairs and there is separate living area downstairs. I have 2 rooms available. One has a double bed ($190/week]and one has a king single bed ($170/week). There is a separate bathroom, kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, electric frypan, steamer and all kitchen utensils to prepare meals you prefer), laundry, loungeroom, outdoor area, broadband and separate entry for your use. Both rooms have a desk, lamp and chair for computer/ study.
We are a quiet respectful family. I am a social worker and work 4 days. I have a safety blue cards.
I have 1 dog, Alfie, who is friendly and loves people.
This is a safe neighbourhood, close to city, many universities, river and public transport. We have had several students in the past and enjoy hosting people from other countries.
