Laundry and internet will be shared with the main house for an extra fee and the ability to interact with the main house will be dependent on the who is renting the unit.
The area is safe and welcoming with several cafes and take ways and shops. The neighbours are well known and helpful. Bus stops are at the end of the road and there are 3 railways stations within 10-15 walk. The motorway is 2 mins away by car.
