Looking for 3 full time working professionals to join my humble home.
THE ROOM:
There are 3 rooms available. Each room comes with a built-in wardrobe and fully furnished with a single bed and bedside drawer. The rooms capture the sunlight perfectly on those cold winter days and air flows nicely during the summer.
THE HOUSE:
A lovely 1980's built home which boasts 2 large open plan living areas with polished floor boards and brand new carpet to each bedroom for added comfort. These living areas open onto a large wrap around veranda to the fully fenced back section making it the perfect entertaining area. Plenty of street parking in front of the house.
THE PEOPLE:
I am a full-time teacher in her 30s and owner of the house. I am usually social and enjoys company of friends. I'm looking for someone who is similar in nature with a full time job, pays rent on time, mindful towards others and helps around the house with tidying up.
THE COSTS:
Rent will be $250 per week. This includes internet, water and electricity (within reasonable usage).
Move in cost: Bond is 4 weeks ($1000) + 2 weeks ($500) rent in advance = $1500
