The house is in an excellent location in Kew East, within 100 metres of a bus or tram into the city or Hawthorn for Swinburne. You can take one bus that goes straight to Melbourne Uni. The house is close to Balwyn High School, Kew High School and many prestigious private schools including Trinity Grammar, Carey Grammar, Camberwell Grammar, MLC, Xavier College and Ruyton Girls. It is also close to Swinburne University, RMIT and University of Melbourne .
The students are well cared for and are provided with quality food. We are flexible with meals provided. The student bedroom is upstairs seperate from the family downstairs. You are provided with a private bedroom upstairs with new carpet and is also freshly painted. The room has a new desk, chair and lamp for studying along with a built in wardrobe with drawers and shelving for extra storage.
There is a bathroom up stairs (bath & shower) that is only used by students with a separate toilet.
The meals are enjoyed downstairs with the family.
Telstra fast internet cable connection is provided via wi-fi.
There is plenty of space in the garden to relax or play basketball.
Both parents have had Working With Children and Police Checks.
