Our home quiet, warm and is very close to public transport, with the bus station just outside our home and the Avondale train station about 5 mins away. All buses and trains have direct routes to Auckland CBD.
We are also close to Lynn mall (shopping center) and Avondale shops so amenities are within a short walk away and extremely easy to get around.
We have a spacious and clean bedroom ready for you to move in with fast unlimited fiber broadband.
All bedding is provided but you're welcome to use your own.
Room also comes with a spacious closet, desk and chair.
We have a new washing machine and dryer available for use.
We also have a spacious deck where you can enjoy the sun in private and a small home gym in the garage.
We have a large fig and peach tree so you're welcome to help yourself when they're ready.

We are a young couple currently living with 1 homestay student and a small cute puppy.
