Home is occupied by retired mother, working 26 yo son and friendly dog. We have hosted many home stay students over the years but getting back into it after a long break. We are friendly and happy to help as you settle into Brisbane life.
Downstairs area has 2 bedrooms, one shared bathroom, family room and kitchenette with limited cooking facilities.
Price negotiable on needs - eg supply of meals.
Basic rent of room $150 per week. $260 with breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday.
