We are an easy going and relaxed Australian married couple in our 50's, with very friendly dog Boris and cat Scarlett. We have 5 adult children who have left home. We live in Greenwith, a quiet suburb close to parks and walking tracks.
We have one bedroom available which includes double bed with clean linen, blankets and pillow, TV, desk and chair with High Speed NBN Internet. You will have free use of washing machine and dryer and all kitchen facilities including Fridge, Microwave and Oven, kettle, toaster and you will have your own bathroom and toilet. Our house has air conditioning and heating.
We will provide breakfast daily and dinner Monday to Friday.
We are close to public transport (10min walk) which connects to our main busway the Obarn which goes directly to the city.
We are looking for a friendly female student who is clean and tidy. We are happy to spend as much or as little time with you as you require.
