Welcome to your new home!
We are a young couple with no kids, Sev and Alper who live in this beautiful sanctuary for more than 7 years. Our home is in Birkdale which is 20 minutes by bus to town and 5 minutes’ walk to the bus stop.
The single size room is north facing with a sliding door opening onto the deck and garden with a very nice view of the native bush. You will wake up with native birds’ melody in the morning.
The room is fully furnished with big space built in wardrobe. Rent includes all expenses, unlimited Fiber internet, breakfast and dinner (we can discuss your diet preferences), the weekly room cleaning, clean bed sheets, towels.
Our ideal Homestay would be around 18 to 25 years old, who is independent, tidy and easy-going female or male who are here in Auckland for the study or travelling.
